Share Your Artistry with Thinkific!

Calling all creatives! The self-education industry is at an all-time high. While it’s obvious that 2020 forced us all to pivot in our personal lives and small businesses, the silver lining is that a breed of resilient, inspired, devoted individuals have come out on the other side.

And now, more than ever, people are eagerly gathering online to learn from trusted experts in their fields of passion and/or profession. This is a huge opportunity to be a part of the movement and not just share your talents, but generate additional revenue in your brand.

If you want to leverage all of the experience you have developed in pursuit of your amazing craft, I highly recommend the Thinkific platform as the comprehensive tool to sell your courses, deliver the content, and actively engage with (and wow!) your students.

What’s even better? Thinkific just released their App Store, offering dozens (with more being added regularly) of widely used apps that seamlessly integrate into your workflow to make your life so. much. easier.

Your Course Sales Machine

You know me by now: I can’t recommend Shopify enough for product-based brands to start their online presence and scale their revenue sky-high. With an insanely simple on boarding process, you can link Shopify directly to Thinkific so courses show up as part of your online store.

This is a GIANT opportunity to up-sell your existing and potential customers with learning content on top of your products they know and love.

Think about it: Not only will you be able to market your stunning limited release copper patina earrings, but you can cross-promote your Introduction to Wire Wrapping workshop, as well. This positions you as the expert across the board!

Additional applications to look into for increasing course sales are Capture and Poptin, both which utilize smart pop-ups to guide potential students back through the sales funnel.

The Student Experience

Once you get students into your course on Thinkific, utilizing apps like Zoom allow you to schedule and deliver content via regular live sessions to students. While I highly encourage you to explore recording your material to leverage your time and resources, there are a great deal of benefits to delivering occasional content live — yes, even virtually!

  • Answer student questions

  • Live demos of updated techniques not on the recordings

  • Show and tell with students to track their progress in real time

Also consider apps like Motrain, which incentivizes students to progress through your course, and Hello Audio, allowing you to transform your lessons into audio files that give students the freedom to listen on the go.

What You Track Grows

Upon release of the Thinkific App Store, I immediately integrated Google Analytics into my platform. This provides me with detailed insights into where my traffic is coming from and how they are interacting with the content — therefore allowing me to do more of what’s working and fix what isn’t. If you haven’t taken advantage of Google Analytics in your business in general, make it happen — It’s free!
