What does your inner voice tend to say? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Are you hyper-critical? Perfection or bust?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Maybe you hold yourself to impossible standards, then crumble when you don't even come close.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Or perhaps you get stuck in the Instagram comparison trap, idolizing a curated production as the benchmark.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Me too. More often than I want to publicly admit.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But authenticity and accountability are tenets of this brand, so I'm coming clean.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have a challenge for you. For us!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For ONE day, each time you say or think something negatively about yourself, write it down.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
THEN immediately reframe that statement from a place of positivity and affirmation.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For example: "Ugh, why is this email campaign taking so long to create? I'm the worst at marketing."⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Becomes: "I am learning to craft my message in an authentic way" or "I'm committing the energy toward effective communication with my audience."⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here's another: "There's literally not enough time to be SuperMom AND SuperEntrepreneur. How come everyone else looks like they have their shit together so much better than me?"⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Reframed as: "I'm actively raising children AND a business, and deserve grace even when it looks and feels messy" or "I am learning to ask for help and let things go."⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Believe me, this is as much accountability for me as it is a call to action for you. I've been working with my therapist on recognizing deep-seeded negative thought patterns and focusing on interrupting those patterns to switch up my internal dialogue.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It's not as easy as overnight oats, lemme tell you that!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But it IS possible. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With diligence. Resolve. A solid support system.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
