On letting go.

Adulting is overrated, right?

It can be a lot to navigate each day with just getting through your routine while carrying an invisible load.

The turmoil across the world.
The turmoil across the street.
Mom guilt.
Your partner’s past trauma.
Comparison patterns.
Family expectations for your life.

It casts a shadow just typing those out — And I can personally speak to every single one of them!

Imagine letting go, even just a little, of one of the sandbags keeping your mindset low to the ground.

Feel lighter? What if working to let go of things that aren’t ours to carry would afford us more energy to work on the things that are?

With private and group clients, it’s not JUST about product development and website strategies. We devote intentional time towards upleveling our mindset, prioritizing self care, and practicing mindfulness. Because bringing awareness to shedding some of the weight can start to free up mental & emotional space for cultivating more of the good.

I believe in your capacity for doing the work. It’s not a switch-flip, nor is it a “set it and forget it” deal like overnight oats. It takes a conscious commitment. But the commitment to yourself is the most important.

Cheers and love.
